Tyson is a dedicated litigator who practises exclusively in personal injury law. He has extensive experience in motor vehicle collisions, occupiers’ liability claims, accident benefits disputes, and disability benefit denials. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal of Ontario, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada.
Tyson is committed to guiding his clients through every stage of litigation and securing the best possible outcome.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Before pursuing law, Tyson completed a Master of Science in Biochemistry at McMaster University, where he defended his thesis at the Institute for Infectious Disease Research.
While completing his undergraduate studies, Tyson was a four-year starter on the University of Dubuque’s varsity football team.
Outside the office, Tyson enjoys golf, weight training, and long walks with his dog.
