David’s practice is devoted exclusively to the Plaintiff’s personal injury matters, such as motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, occupier’s liability, medical malpractice, and disability benefit claims. His experience includes a variety of insurance–related litigation. His clients include catastrophically and seriously injured individuals. David is a compassionate and dedicated lawyer who is committed to assisting injured victims and their loved ones to achieve the best possible results.
David regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and at the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario, David completed his Master’s degree in laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Law and Society from York University and a Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Leicester.
When David is not practicing law, he enjoys swimming, tennis, and chess.
